I spoke to John the sales clerk who could not do simple math and became hostile. They owed me $65 but only wanted to refund me $55. I overheard him and the store manager Shawn talking about the measly $10 in the back room. They came out and then they got into my face arguing with me over it, knowing I had to drive almost 80 miles because they wouldn't do the reimbursement over the phone onto my credit card. I have never had a worse customer service experience ever at a Cycle Gear.
